Civitas is a digital platform designed for various activities within the academic world of higher education, integrating daily campus business processes with a range of campus-related and post-campus activities. It aims to provide academic community members with quick and accurate data access.

The daily campus business processes encompass a wide variety of academic activities on campus, including tuition fee payments, among others. Meanwhile, campus-supporting activities include events, seminars, scholarships, donations, alumni affairs, career development centers, and more.

In the latest version, key features that can be utilized by students include:

1. Class Schedules and Exams
2. Attendance Tracking for Classes and Exams
3. Grades
4. Learning Materials and Assignments
5. Online Course Registration System
6. Information and Registration for Internal Campus Activities
7. Tuition Fees and Online Payments
8. Surveys

Furthermore, other features for student, faculty, and parents' needs are planned to be released gradually in the upcoming versions.

The Civitas application is developed with the aim of bringing something sophisticated and beneficial to the Indonesian education sector. It is created by a highly dedicated team striving to deliver excellence. However, we acknowledge that Civitas is far from perfect; there are deficiencies and plenty of room for further development in the future.

Currently, Civitas usage is limited to students whose institutions have already implemented the SIAKAD 4.0 Suteki and SIMATRIS 2.0 applications.
